The High Degrees of the Portuguese Rite, in collaboration with the Sovereign Grand Lodge of Portugal, welcome to Portugal the founder of the DeRose Method, Professor De Rose, for a unique conference not to be missed at Templo Portugal.

Internationally recognised, the DeRose Method  is a programme that includes techniques and concepts of behavioural re-education. Behavioural re-education is based on cultivating healthy habits and good human relationships. It draws, among other things, on the findings of epigenetics, decades before the subject was widely discussed. Its techniques include breathing, concentration and relaxation exercises.
